The Under-rated Snood

So in "The Age M Magazine" on Sunday I always look forward to seeing what "they" deem to be Over-Rated or conversely Under-Rated and was very pleased to see that they believe the Snood is totally Under-Rated.  What's a Snood you may ask - well a snood is a tube of fabric worn as a scarf which basically equates to a practical neck-warmer!!!!!
